Change of mind:
As all items are customised we are unable to offer a return or refund for change of mind.
Faulty item:
All items are hand made with care, which means each peace is unique. While we take great pride in our workmanship and careful check every item before it is sent out, minor or small imperfections in the product may occur due to the handmade process.
If a minor imperfection does not affect the function, safety or overall appearance of the item (e.g. is on the bottom), it may still be sent out. These small differences are considered a natural part of the handmade product and not deemed faults.
We also kindly ask customers to consider the environmental impacts of returns and replacements before requesting one, as unnecessary shipping contributes to waste and emissions.
In the event of a faulty or damaged item or receiving an item that you did not order, we ask that you get in contact with us within 3 days of receiving your product. As per the ACCC policy, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
