Shipping Info

Standard Shipping:
At present, we only offer shipping to Australia.
Shipping rates start at $10 and are weight dependent.
Order shipping cannot be combined if placing multiple orders once payment has been made. 
We send all packages via Australia Post. Please check Australia post website directly for shipping timeframes, we are located in Melbourne Aus. 

Order dispatch:
As most items are personalised and require time to be made, we aim to have all items dispatched with 3-5 business days. Although we work hard to get your items out to you sooner than this, it allows for periods of increased demand such as sales and holiday periods. 

Ownership & responsibility:
Once items have left our warehouse they become the responsibility of the buyer.
Once dispatched, you will be provided with an Australia post tracking number. If an item is not delivered or goes missing in the post, we require you to initiate investigations directly with Australia Post. We will still continue to be available to support if required.
